The primary purpose of the Virginia Department of Education's T-TAC Old Dominion University (T-TAC ODU) is to improve educational services for children with disabilities in the Commonwealth of Virginia.  T-TAC ODU is responsible for training and technical assistance in the areas of Early Childhood Special Education/Primary DD (students with development delays birth to age 9) and individuals with moderate to severe disabilities (birth through high school). The T-TAC Network News provides current information and educational resources, assistive technology briefs, and workshop/conference announcements.
